As soon as possible. My diary books up months in advance but I always require at least 3 weeks notice. Any order required before this time frame will incur a 20% rush fee if I have availability.

Pre-designed gift sets, DIY kits and Grab bags however, can be ordered at any time depending on my availablility. Turnaround times for these can be found under each listing in the shop.

Yes, they are postable within the UK. Custom orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 so they arrive quickly and safely at their destination.

Postal prices start at £6 for 6 regular cookies and vary depending on quantities ordered.

Yes! You can have your date held on my calendar for a non-refundable deposit of £25. Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 4 weeks prior to your event date. Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.

I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 28 business days prior to your event date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. 

For custom orders, payment is due within 24 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full or have a £25 non-refundable deposit until the theme has been decided. For all holiday cookies, payment is due at the checkout at the time of ordering.

I use ingredients of the highest quality; Plain flour (wheat), sugar, stork block, free range eggs, vanilla bean paste, vegetable glycerine, corn flour, meringue powder (eggs), icing sugar, and food colour. 

(cookies are dairy free as standard). 

Occasionally, I will use lustre dusts, sprinkles or other decorations. For full ingredients please get in touch. 

My cookies are a vanilla bean sugar cookie topped with vanilla royal icing as standard. If you'd like another flavour for your custom set, I'll see what I can do!

My cookies are best eaten fresh but have a best before of at least 4 weeks if stored correctly. Keep them in their original packaging and place somewhere cool and dry like a cupboard. Please don't put them in the fridge as this will cause condensation and ruin them. 

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze your cookies, place them in an airtight container. To defrost, take them out of the freezer the night before you need them. DO NOT open the container until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
