Refunds are at the discretion of Completely Cookied but I would never want you to feel unhappy with your order. If this is the case please email me at [email protected] as soon as you can so I can make it right.
Refunds will only be honoured if the entire order is a fault on my behalf. In this case I ask for the whole order to be returned to me in their original condition. Opened cookies will not be credited in this situation.
For lost parcels, I please ask that you wait the full 10 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for your order to arrive. If it has not been received after this time then please email me at [email protected]
As my cookies are handmade items, baked to order and are perishable goods, some design flaws may occur and no refunds will be given under any other circumstances.
