Natasha's Law Ingredient requirements and information

As the new law regarding ingredients labelling comes into force (as of 1st October 2021), it is the responsibility of all food related businesses to include all allergen information on their products. 

Ingredients labels have always and are included in custom orders, either on the back of the items, or included inside the box your order arrives in.

For preorder or flash sale items, all allergen and ingredietns information will be listed under each product in my shop.

Cookie ingredientsVanilla bean - Plain Flour (wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)]), stork block (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (75%) (Rapeseed, Palm1, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.4%), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Citric Acid), Vitamin A and D, Flavourings), caster sugar, free range (eggs), vanilla bean paste (Sugar, Water, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Beans, Gum Tragacanth (a natural thickener)), cornflour.

Vanilla flavoured royal icing ingredients: icing sugar, meringue powder (wheat starch; dried egg albumen; sugar; starch; acidity regulators: calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid; dextrose; stabiliser: guar gum), vanilla extract (water, acidity regulator: E330), light corn syrup (light corn syrup, salt, vanilla) and food colouring.

Other allergen info:

Food colourings - Glycerine, Silicone Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Colours may include E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129 and cause hyperactivity in children.

Black pearls - Sugar, Starch (of Wheat/Corn), Glucose Syrup, Glazing Agent, Colours (E153 Carbon Black, E171 Titanium Dioxide), Vegetable Oil (Coconut)

Lustre dust - Colour E555, E171, E172

Although cookies are dairy free, all cookies are baked in a domestic kitchen that handles dairy as well as other allergens such as nuts and fish.

Cakesicle ingredients:

Cake dough ingredients: Plain Flour (wheat), Caster Sugar, Salted Butter (dairy), Free Range eggs, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Flavouring, Icing Sugar. 

Candy melt ingredients: Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (palm kernel), Milk Powder (skimmed), Whey Powder (milk), Emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower).
